Company founder Christopher T. Charlton is actively involved in philanthropic interests that include the Metropolitan Detroit chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where he served as President of the Board of Directors for five years and is actively involved in fundraising for research to find a cure. He is also a major benefactor of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
